Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Nursery and Preschool on the Hill 100% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 9.4 out of 10. To summarise the findings, parents love the environment (100% agree), the nursery is very clean (92% agree) and the quality of resources is high (100% agree), they receive good verbal feedback (96% agree)and the children are well stimulated (100% agree) by competent, caring staff (100% agree). 943% of preschool parents said that the preschool is excellent preparation for school. Parents said that our administration could be worked on, we are committed to improving this area.
