At  Nursery on the Hill we recognise that all children are unique and tailor our offering to suit each child.  We have a fantastic staff team who are caring and committed to the wellbeing and development of all our children.

 

Our Ofsted report said ' The overall effectiveness of the early years provision is good. Children thrive in an excellent play and learning environment and their welfare is promoted effectively. The individual needs of every child are considered well and practitioners ensure all children feel secure and equally valued...The setting is well led and managed. Our purpose built nursery is modeled in a child-centred way to encourage children to develop their independence and confidence.  We have a large outdoor play area with all the latest equipment and toys so our children really enjoy their day.

 

Our preschool is lead by its own dedicated Principal and her staff.  Here we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum to provide children with the very best start and the first stepping stone to the world of 'big school'.

 

 

 

Whether you require full time early years education or part time childcare for your child the nursery will do their upmost to accommodate your requirements.

 

We provide childcare from 8am to 6pm, 51 weeks per year (closed between Christmas and New Year and on Bank Holidays). Children can attend our nursery or preschool for full days (8am to 6pm) or half days (8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm). Early drop offs are available if required.

 

Our nursery and preschool services are fully inclusive so your child will receive meals, snacks, milk, even nappies are provided. See Meals and Nutrition for further information.
